The Blue Frontosaare a rock-dwelling African cichlid native to Lake Tanganyika. They are one of the most popular kept cichlids from Tanganyika. As the fish matures, it gets a bright clue coloration. Plenty of stone should be provided in the aquarium since it allows the fish to claim them as a home. Shrimp and small invertebrates should not be kept with them.
